スペースチェーン（SpaceChain）は12月6日、イーロン・マスク氏率いるスペースXのファルコン9ロケットに同財団のハードウォレットが搭載され、国際宇宙ステーション（ISS）に向かっていると発表した。ISSにおけるブロックチェーン用ハードウェアの初実証実験に向けたものだ。
